Client Agreement

1Agreement Overview

This Client Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Selldro ("Service Provider") and the client ("Client") for web design, development, and related services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2Scope of Work

Each project begins with a detailed Scope of Work document that includes:

• Project objectives and goals
• Specific deliverables and specifications
• Project timeline and milestones
• Number of revision rounds included
• Technical requirements and platforms
• Total project cost and payment schedule

3Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Provide timely feedback within agreed timeframes (typically 3-5 business days)
• Ensure all provided materials are legally owned or properly licensed
• Maintain a single point of contact for project communication
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Test and approve deliverables before final launch

4Selldro Obligations

Selldro agrees to:

• Deliver work according to the agreed scope and timeline
• Provide regular project updates and progress reports
• Deliver professional, high-quality work
• Address issues and bugs discovered during the development phase
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
• Provide agreed-upon post-launch support

5Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on:

• Timely client feedback and material provision
• No major scope changes during development
• Standard business hours and working days

Delays caused by late client feedback or additional requests may extend the timeline accordingly.

6Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds:

• Revisions must be consolidated and submitted together
• Major scope changes may require additional fees
• Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed amount will be quoted separately
• Revisions to approved work will incur additional charges

7Payment Terms

Standard payment structure:

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• 50% final payment due upon project completion
• Custom payment plans available for enterprise projects
• Late payments (30+ days) may result in project suspension
• Final deliverables released upon full payment

8Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of final payment:

• Client receives full ownership and usage rights to final deliverables
• Selldro retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio
• Selldro may reuse general techniques and knowledge gained
• Pre-existing Selldro tools and frameworks remain our property

9Post-Launch Support

Standard projects include:

• 30 days of bug fixes for issues present at launch
• Technical support for deployment and setup
• Training on how to use and maintain the website

Extended support and maintenance packages are available separately.

10Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
• Not disclose sensitive business information to third parties
• Use confidential information only for project purposes

11Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for all work completed to date
• Work-in-progress files delivered upon payment
• Unused deposit may be refunded (see Refund Policy)

12Limitation of Liability

Selldro's total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
