1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Selldro's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2Services Description

Selldro provides web design, development, and related digital services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Mobile application development
• E-commerce solutions
• Web maintenance and support
• Digital consulting services

3Project Scope and Deliverables

All projects begin with a detailed scope of work that outlines:

• Project deliverables and specifications
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Revision policy
• Responsibilities of both parties

4Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A deposit of 50% is required before project commencement
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion
• Payments are processed through secure payment gateways
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Projects may be paused for non-payment

5Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment:

• Client receives full ownership of the final deliverables
• Selldro retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio
• Pre-existing intellectual property remains with respective owners
• Third-party assets are subject to their original licenses

6Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

7Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Supply all necessary content and materials
• Ensure they have rights to provided materials
• Maintain open communication throughout the project
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

8Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or conversions. The client is responsible for testing and accepting deliverables before final deployment.

9Limitation of Liability

Selldro's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed to date. For refund terms, please see our Refund Policy.
