At Selldro, we strive to deliver exceptional web design and development services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.
2Deposit Refunds
Project deposits are subject to the following refund terms:
- Before work begins: 100% refund available if requested before any work has started
- After work begins: No refund on deposit once project work has commenced
- Discovery phase: Deposits are non-refundable once the discovery phase is complete
3Project Cancellation
If a project is cancelled after work has begun:
- Client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date
- Remaining balance may be refunded after deduction of completed work
- Calculation based on percentage of project completion
- All work-in-progress files will be provided upon settlement
4Dissatisfaction with Work
We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. If you're unhappy with the deliverables:
- Contact us immediately to discuss concerns
- We will work with you to address issues within the agreed revision rounds
- Refunds are not available for subjective preferences after approval
- Major issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
5Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, plugins, licenses)
- Completed and approved work
- Custom development that has been delivered
- Time spent on research and consultation
- Projects cancelled by client after 50% completion
6Project Delays
Regarding project timelines:
- Delays caused by client: No refunds issued for delays due to late feedback or materials
- Delays caused by Selldro: We will work to complete the project as soon as possible; extended delays may qualify for partial refunds
- Force majeure: No refunds for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
7Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a written refund request to support@selldro.com
- Include your project details and reason for refund
- Allow 5-10 business days for review
- Approved refunds processed within 14 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
8Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue amicably. We're committed to finding fair solutions for all parties.
